The capsule provides micronutrients that contribute to overall health, with a focus on hair, skin and nail vitality. Biotin aids protein metabolism, particularly the production of keratin, which strengthens hair and nails. Zinc regulates cell function, reduces inflammation and supports collagen formation for a healthy scalp and skin. Iron ensures adequate oxygen supply to the hair follicles, addressing the hair loss associated with anaemia. Selenium helps reduce oxidative stress and plays a role in thyroid hormone metabolism, which is essential for hair growth.

Each soft gelatin capsule contains biotin, zinc, iron and selenium, with excipients: soft gelatin, stabilisers and other inactive ingredients. Note: the supplied manual declares these four nutrients but gives no strength per capsule, and no strengths are printed on the pack — see ToAskClient.md §3.
Contraindications. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, if you have a condition that requires restricted iron intake, or if you have severe renal impairment or another medical condition requiring specific mineral intake limitations.
Adverse effects. Possible side effects include nausea, stomach discomfort or mild gastrointestinal disturbances, and rare allergic reactions such as rash or itching. Excessive intake may lead to toxicity, especially with iron and selenium. If any severe reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Caution. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended dosage unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Storage. Store in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 25°C. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
