Provides iron for normal haemoglobin formation and supports normal red blood cell production. Provides folate and vitamin B12 nutritional support. Vitamin C supports absorption of non-heme iron. Supports nutritional requirements during increased iron demand.
Adults with increased iron requirements, individuals with inadequate dietary iron intake, and individuals with diagnosed iron deficiency, under healthcare-professional guidance.
- Ferrous Fumarate
- 136 mg. Elemental iron 45 mg.

- Methylcobalamin

- Vitamin C
- 75 mg.
Contraindications. Do not use in iron-overload conditions unless specifically advised. Keep away from children because accidental iron overdose can be dangerous. Calcium, antacids and certain medicines can interfere with iron absorption. Separate iron from relevant medicines when advised by a healthcare professional.
Adverse effects. Nausea, constipation, abdominal discomfort and dark-coloured stools.
